  “We hired Ikemire Architects to help us add an extension to our house, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. We were really struggling to move forward with our plans – we had some hand-drawn sketches and needed a professional design to address issues like the roof and really nail down our priorities. Ben from Ikemire Architects was fantastic. He took the time to understand our situation, listened carefully to our ideas, and asked really insightful questions. He offered some great solutions and worked really well incorporating our feedback. We were especially pleased that they recommended some reliable building contractors to us – we’ve already met with one and are awaiting a bid. They’ve been incredibly professional and friendly, keeping us on schedule and even managed to complete the project under budget! It’s clear they’ve done their research and we've been equally diligent in responding to their questions.   I had a really frustrating experience with Mr. Ikemire. I scheduled an appointment with him two weeks beforehand, and when I called to confirm just four days before, he completely messed up my information – he had the wrong phone number and even my last name was incorrect. He then claimed he’d been trying to reach me about a different deal, blaming the wrong number. When I asked for the correct number, it was nowhere near my area. After I expressed how upset I was, he simply said he didn’t want to work with me and slammed the phone down. Honestly, it was the worst contractor experience I’ve ever had, and his behavior was completely unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering working with him to look for a contractor who operates with professionalism and respect. report abuse
