  “I’m really disappointed with my experience working with SHM. From the start, it felt like my time and enthusiasm for my new home weren’t valued. David promised to send me a questionnaire three weeks ago, but it took multiple follow-ups – and even then, it was delayed – to finally get it. I spent a significant amount of time completing the questionnaire, and still didn’t hear back. When I finally got a call from David, it felt like he hadn’t properly reviewed my questions. Honestly, it was a huge letdown and left me feeling discouraged. I’ve read about similar issues raised by other customers, and I wanted to share my experience to help others make informed decisions.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with David Stocker and Stocker, Hoesterey Montenegro. We hired them over five years ago for a large-scale home build – a 6,000 square foot project that cost us well over six figures. Sadly, midway through construction, Mr. Stocker abruptly left the project, essentially abandoning us. Knowing the immense difficulty we’d face finding another architect at that point, it was unbelievably unprofessional and completely derailed our plans. We ended up facing significant delays and unexpected costs, making it a truly awful and stressful experience that I would strongly advise against.” report abuse
