I appreciated how they adapted the floor plans during our Zoom meetings and consistently came up with innovative solutions to make sure everything aligned with my expectations.   “I really wanted to give SHM a chance, but unfortunately my experience was incredibly disappointing. From the start, it felt like my time and passion weren’t valued. David promised to send me a questionnaire three weeks ago, but it took multiple follow-ups – including two hours of my own time – just to receive it. When I finally got the questionnaire, David seemed rushed and unable to address my questions properly. It’s clear they don’t prioritize their clients, and I honestly felt a huge letdown considering my excitement about building my new home. I’m sharing this review hoping it helps others avoid a similar experience.” report abuse

  “Overall, it’s a really enjoyable spot. The service was great, and I particularly liked that the wings were a good size and weren’t swimming in sauce. Seriously, you *have* to try the pretzel knots! Plus, the prices on the beer are fantastic. It’s a great place to catch a sporting event too.” report abuse

  “I’m writing to share a really distressing experience we had working with David Stocker and Stocker, Hoesterey Montenegro. We hired David over five years ago to design and oversee the construction of a 6,000 square foot home, and we invested well over six figures in the project. Unfortunately, midway through, he simply walked away, stating he was no longer invested in the project. This was incredibly shocking and left us completely stranded, knowing it would be incredibly difficult – if not impossible – to find another architect to take over at that stage. The whole experience was incredibly unprofessional and resulted in significant delays and unexpected costs. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring David Stocker to think very carefully about it – it was, without a doubt, a terrible experience.” report abuse
