  Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly disappointing. They really hyped up their drain cleaning services as being both reliable and affordable, but that’s nowhere near the reality of what happened. I was charged a shocking $359 for a job that probably took less than 10 minutes. To add to the frustration, the technician made a completely wrong diagnosis, insisting my pipes were broken and demanding I replace my entire sewer system for an unbelievable $60,000! It caused me a huge amount of stress and worry for days. Thankfully, I got a second opinion and discovered there was absolutely nothing wrong with my pipes. I feel completely misled, overcharged, and seriously frustrated with this company. I wouldn’t recommend them at all – I’d urge anyone considering using them to get a second opinion first. report abuse

  Michael did a really thorough job for us. He came to our home, quickly identified the problem with our old condenser (it’s a 19-year-old system!), and explained everything clearly. We really appreciated his honesty and would definitely recommend him. report abuse

  Jay was a really pleasant and knowledgeable young man who clearly explained our plumbing issue and gave us a thorough estimate. While the price wasn’t something we could manage right now, we truly appreciated his professionalism and trustworthiness – it’s so reassuring to have someone you can trust coming into your home.   Honestly, our experience with Dallas Plumbing and Air Conditioning was really frustrating. We called them when our hot water heater stopped working, and right away they suggested we needed a completely new one just because it was 2014 – it felt like they were trying to upsell us. We tried to cancel the appointment, explaining we weren’t interested in a new heater, but they still showed up. The technician then diagnosed a potential gas line issue and immediately recommended replacing the unit for either $1,300 or $3,500! We were understandably skeptical, and it became clear they were trying to take advantage of us. Despite his claim of 30 years of experience, it didn’t change our feeling that they were pushing us towards unnecessary repairs. Thankfully, we got a second opinion from Legacy Plumbing, and they quickly and correctly identified the problem – a simple reset button. The whole thing was fixed for just $190. The difference between the two companies was huge. Dallas Plumbing seemed focused on recommending expensive fixes, while Legacy Plumbing was professional, accurate, and fair. We’d definitely advise others to be cautious and get a second opinion before going with Dallas Plumbing and Air Conditioning.” report abuse

  “We recently had our AC system checked out, and I wanted to share how fantastic the technicians, Joseph and Walter, were. They discovered an issue with the thermostat – something we hadn’t noticed – and thankfully, they quickly pinpointed it was the Nest. It turned out to be a bad decision not to replace it when Dallas Plumbing installed it two years ago. Joseph and Walter were incredibly efficient, replacing the Nest with a Honeywell wifi thermostat within the hour and at no charge! They were all so professional, knowledgeable, patient, and polite, and Aaron and Scott in the office were also wonderful and made sure we were completely satisfied.   “I was really impressed with the service I received from Dallas Plumbing. Joseph was fantastic – he was so knowledgeable and explained the problem with a leak in my unit clearly and patiently. He immediately contacted his supervisor, Chris, and together they quickly arranged for a warranty repair. To make things even better, they topped off the unit with Freon so it wouldn’t lose its cooling ability while we wait for the parts to arrive. I’d definitely recommend Dallas Plumbing to anyone!
