They went above and beyond to identify that my AC wasn’t running quite right – they did a really thorough job, running several tests and even came back the next day to make sure everything was properly diagnosed.   “I couldn’t be happier with the service Michael and Carlos provided! They were incredibly responsive, arriving in the evening to fix the AC wire I accidentally damaged with the hedge clippers. They were professional, got the job done quickly and thoroughly, and even took the time to explain everything and show me pictures.   “We’ve been incredibly pleased with Dallas Plumbing over the past nine months. We really needed a dependable company, and they’ve consistently exceeded our expectations. From the house flood we dealt with last August, through replacing our showers and toilets in December, and finally preparing our home for sale in March – they handled every plumbing issue, big or small, with incredible skill and responsiveness. Jay, the lead plumber, was particularly fantastic; he was always on time, incredibly knowledgeable, and we genuinely felt like we could trust him completely.   “I’ve used Dallas Plumbing & Air before, and things were always fine until recently. I had a leaking toilet, and they fixed it for $418. However, that’s where my problem started. The technician noticed I was hearing a gurgling sound from my kitchen sink and asked if there were any other issues he could address. I mentioned the gurgling, and he called his supervisor out, who then determined my entire plumbing system needed replacing – offering me $4000 for just the bad part or $16,000 to replace everything. It was completely outrageous! I ended up getting a second opinion from a well-established local plumbing company, and they were able to quickly clear the blockage and clean my pipes for just $150. Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with Dallas Plumbing & Air – it felt like a blatant attempt to overcharge me, and I wouldn’t recommend them.” report abuse

  I had a really terrible experience with Dallas Plumbing. They recommended replacing my hot water heater for over $5000, but the problem wasn't fixed. After paying them, they completely stopped responding to my calls and texts. It turns out they’re currently in bankruptcy and run by people with a seriously questionable reputation. Thankfully, a different, reputable company was able to identify and resolve the actual issue. I strongly advise against using Dallas Plumbing – they seem to take your money and then disappear, and it’s clear they aren’t reliable. report abuse
