  I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. As someone working in a similar field, I find it truly concerning that Chris and this company are operating like this. My friend was overcharged $4,200 for a repair that should have only cost $450, and it’s deeply troubling to see such blatant disregard for honest business practices. report abuse

  Chris was a really thorough candidate – he took the time to explain everything clearly and really put me at ease before I made the decision to hire him. He even went the extra mile by meeting with the insurance adjuster at my house and ensuring everything was handled correctly. report abuse

  I’m really disappointed to have to write this, but I feel it’s crucial to warn others. I’d strongly advise anyone considering Outback Roofing to think twice – seriously, don’t use them. I hired them a few years back to replace my roof, and thankfully it’s still covered under warranty, but the whole experience was incredibly frustrating and ultimately left me feeling let down. report abuse
