I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. While the design itself was acceptable, it felt like it was rushed and lacked a truly considered approach. The biggest issue was Nolan’s complete refusal to address a simple error – a window that was far too large and added a significant $750 to the project cost. His behavior was shockingly unprofessional and, frankly, I wouldn’t recommend working with this organization.

“We absolutely loved working with the Savoie Nolan Team! From start to finish, they were fantastic – incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely creative. They really listened to our vision and helped us design a beautiful home that perfectly met our budget and lifestyle needs, even adding some seriously impressive and unique details we just loved. It was a pleasure working with such a great team, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.”

I’d strongly advise against using this firm. I’ve heard repeated concerns from other professionals – including another architect – about their questionable practices and a generally bad reputation in the area. It’s really important to do your research and choose an architect you can trust, so I’d recommend speaking with local builders to get their feedback before moving forward.

This team really impressed me. They're clearly a group of talented and driven individuals – a genuinely great group to work with.
