  “I couldn’t be happier with Ecoloop! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Tyson was absolutely fantastic – he took the time to really explain everything about solar for my roof, never pressured me, and helped me understand the numbers. He was incredibly responsive, always getting back to me within a couple of hours and kept me fully updated on every step of the process, even stopping by to check on the installation. And then there was Vinny, the electrician. He was brilliant! He was so proactive, scheduling everything and communicating clearly about timelines. My house was old with some tricky wiring, and he even followed up a couple of times to ensure my water heater was working perfectly after the power was restored. It’s rare to find a company that puts such a strong emphasis on customer service and having the right people in place – Ecoloop clearly does, and I highly recommend them!” report abuse
