Thankfully, Vern stepped in and was able to talk things through with our neighbor, resulting in a new fence and a completely resolved situation. “I had a really positive experience working with LeBlanc Survey Associates, specifically with Vern. He was incredibly responsive to my initial email and even managed to get the survey done ahead of schedule – though the weather certainly played a part! Vern was just a really nice guy, friendly and easy to talk to. I was pleasantly surprised when he offered a lower price than his initial estimate, which was fantastic. The whole process was smooth – he completed the survey on Friday and we received the report first thing Monday morning, just as he’d promised. I wholeheartedly recommend Vern and his team; I’ll definitely be using their services again.”

“I’ve used LeBlanc’s services once before, and unfortunately, this was likely my last. While the initial delays were partly due to COVID, the issues that followed – starting our house lot project in April 2022 – have been really concerning. He’s significantly delayed us, putting us back at least four months because he wasn’t delivering the plot plan and ANR paperwork as agreed. It seems like his workload might be too much for him to manage effectively, and I would strongly advise others to consider alternative options if you need a project completed within a specific timeframe.”
