“Overall, the fire alarm system installation was excellent – the team was incredibly skilled and professional, and the quality of their work was the best I’ve experienced in my 8 years in the sprinkler industry. However, I have serious concerns about the manager, Tommy. His communication has been unreliable, and I’ve reason to believe he’s not entirely transparent. Moving forward, it’s crucial that all agreements and instructions are documented in writing to avoid any misunderstandings. Frankly, I don’t believe sprinkler systems are necessary here, and I strongly advise against pursuing that option. – Try Piping Systems Inc.”
