  “Kevin, Marlon, and Edwin were fantastic – they arrived on time, worked incredibly efficiently, and surprisingly quietly, which was a real bonus. They did a great job with the supplemental insulation, duct sealing, and weather stripping on the doors, and left absolutely no mess behind. Kevin even took the time to walk me through the whole process when they were done. As someone who works from home, it was really reassuring that my day didn't get disrupted at all.   “I absolutely want to give Efficient Buildings LLC a huge thumbs up! I went through the Mass Save insulation program and they were fantastic from beginning to end. They were incredibly organized, setting up the appointment perfectly, and the team was so knowledgeable, polite, and on time. They did a great job – finishing the insulation on our 2-day, 1600 sq ft home and crawl space quickly and correctly.   I was incredibly pleased with the insulation work Efficient Buildings did for my office. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding! Stephanie and Nicole were fantastic – they kept me fully informed throughout the process, which was really important to me, and they were both so professional and friendly. We had to reschedule a few times due to the weather, but they were incredibly accommodating and couldn’t have been nicer. The team that actually did the work, led by Sophim and his crew, were equally wonderful. It was a bit of an awkward job – they had to work under my mobile home – but they were always polite, cheerful, and clearly dedicated to the job. Honestly, I even heard one of them singing! I just want to say a huge thank you to the whole team at Efficient Buildings – you’ve got some truly exceptional employees! It’s rare to find such great customer service these days.   I was really frustrated initially due to some issues I had with the office staff, but I wanted to update my review to reflect a completely different experience. The weatherization team did a fantastic job, though there was a small issue that needed addressing. However, what really turned things around was the incredible response from Sean Sullivan, the President. He personally visited my home, took care of the problem, and apologized for the inconvenience. It was a truly professional and caring approach, and I’d definitely recommend them now. report abuse
