This was a really disappointing experience. I scheduled a service call for Tuesday and, despite leaving a message and multiple follow-up calls, the technician never showed up. The owner was responsive initially, but then completely disappeared. It felt incredibly unprofessional and a total waste of my time. Clearly, they weren’t fulfilling their commitment, and I wouldn’t recommend them.
