  “I had a really frustrating experience getting my solar inverter replaced, but Isaksen Solar completely turned things around. After receiving a huge electric bill, I discovered I’d lost my inverter, thankfully covered under warranty. Trying to get quotes from other companies was a nightmare – they were vague and offered prices way higher than Isaksen’s. Lexi was a lifesaver! She immediately took charge, explained everything clearly, and handled all the details for me. She gave me a fair price and, when the inverter didn’t arrive as quickly as expected, she kept me updated and even scheduled an installation within just three days before my vacation.   Honestly, working with Isaksen Solar was an absolute breeze! From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Ken handled all the permitting and complicated details, and the installers were fantastic – professional, respectful, and did a great job. Sabrina has been fantastic too, always available to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. I was thrilled to see a zero balance from National Grid and, even better, to see the credits starting to build up on my account.   “I’m so glad I went with Isaksen for my solar installation – it’s been a fantastic experience from start to finish. I usually don’t write reviews, but I wanted to share my positive experience to help others who are considering solar. Bob from the sales team was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain all the different options, the benefits of solar, and the warranty details. He was always available to answer my questions, which made me feel completely confident in choosing Isaksen. The installation crew was also fantastic. They were really thoughtful about the appearance of the system, working hard to hide the conduit and make everything look clean and professional. It was a windy day during the install, but they got all the wiring done and then followed up the next week to get the panels on – they even called me the day after to let me know they could do it! There was a small issue with some silicone getting on a couple of panels, but Jacob from the crew was completely upfront about it and immediately offered to get them replaced. I really appreciated their honesty and how quickly they took care of it. The panels were back up and running within a couple of days. I’m already loving my solar system, and I wholeheartedly recommend Isaksen – you won’t be disappointed!” report abuse

  Isaksen Solar did an absolutely fantastic job installing our solar panels, even on what turned out to be the coldest and snowiest day of the year! We were really relieved – we were a little concerned about the installation – but the team was incredibly skilled, efficient, and hardworking. They were so enthusiastic and professional, and we genuinely felt like they cared about getting the job done right. From start to finish, the whole Isaksen organization was just wonderful; polite, helpful, and easy to work with. It’s fantastic to have our own solar power and feel like we’re making a positive impact.   “I couldn’t be happier with Isaksen Solar! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Michelle Demelo, our inside sales manager, was absolutely wonderful – she was incredibly communicative and honest, which really put me at ease considering I’d just moved into a newer home and was a little hesitant about solar panels. Michelle went above and beyond to create a design that looked great on my house while staying within my budget. I was particularly pleased that they worked with me to hide the EMT conduit, and the installation team was efficient, professional, and communicated really well as a team. Michelle even followed up after the panels were activated to help me set up the app and answer any questions I had. It’s only been a week since we started generating solar power, and I’ve already received a couple of check-in calls – it’s clear they’re dedicated to making sure everything is running smoothly.   “I was really frustrated when my solar panels stopped reporting their production after switching internet providers. I couldn't get through to my original installer, but thankfully, the SREC team recommended Isaksen Solar. Lexi Spencer was fantastic – she quickly diagnosed the problem and got a wifi extender installed, which completely fixed the issue.   “I want to express my sincere gratitude to Isaksen for their incredible support. They were a truly relentless advocate for me in resolving an issue with Tesla and securing my renewable production credits. Tesla was unfortunately unresponsive and unwilling to correct their mistake, but Isaksen went above and beyond to fight on my behalf.
