  Paul was incredibly helpful and straightforward with me about swim spas – really appreciated his honest assessment. He clearly explained how expensive it could be to heat a large swim spa in New England during the winter, and he offered some really good solutions. He suggested a few options: keeping the system running at a cooler temperature to save on electricity, or investing in a smaller system. Alternatively, he proposed having a smaller, warmer-water tub for year-round therapy alongside a smaller swim spa for the summer. He was realistic about the electrical costs involved and gave me a good idea of what to expect in my area based on the water temperature.   I recently bought pool chemicals from Aaron Pools, and I was really disappointed with the experience. I purchased a 32 ounce bottle of algecide for $44.00, but when I checked with other local shops, the same product was typically priced between $26 and $28. I felt like Aaron Pools was significantly overcharging me, and it seemed like possible price gouging. To make matters worse, they refused to accept the product back, even though it was unopened.
