  From the moment we started working with North Coast Solar, we were incredibly impressed. Their team truly went above and beyond, and it was clear they cared about providing a fantastic experience. The whole process was so straightforward – they didn’t try to pressure us into anything, and they only recommended the exact number of solar panels we needed based on our energy usage. What really stood out was their professionalism and attention to detail. They were always communicative, answering our questions promptly and addressing any concerns immediately. It was amazing to see how well the team worked together, constantly checking in and supporting each other. I was particularly struck by one technician who noticed a loose soffit on our roof and fixed it without us even mentioning it – a truly unexpected and appreciated gesture. They were meticulous, cleaning up after themselves and ensuring everything was done to code, even coordinating with our energy provider to get the installation approved quickly. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional – the installation was completed within two days, and the panels themselves are fantastic, producing the highest output compared to the other three estimates we got. They were also by far the most affordable. What really stood out was their communication; they’ve been so responsive and helpful, checking in with us even two weeks after the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly.   “I was really impressed with the service Mr. Jacobs provided. He quickly arranged for two fantastic technicians, Adam and Mack, who were both incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get my inverter installed and my SolarEdge account set up. They even helped me connect to Wi-Fi and set up the new phone app so I could monitor my solar panel production in real-time. They worked together really well, sharing information clearly and efficiently – it was clear they genuinely enjoy their work, and the whole team demonstrated a high level of integrity.” report abuse

James, our salesman, was fantastic – so professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, and he patiently answered all of our questions. The installers were also incredibly polite and did a really thorough job cleaning up the site after installation.   “We were really disappointed with our experience using this credit union for our loan. We were initially told we wouldn’t have to pay interest or any payments for the first six months, which was a huge selling point. However, they started charging interest from the very beginning of the loan, and every single payment we made – over $125 a month – was going directly towards interest, with absolutely nothing applied to the principal. To make matters worse, the representative we spoke with gave conflicting information, initially stating a daily interest rate of .019% before later claiming it was 2.9% daily! We appreciate the loan generator itself, but we strongly advise against using this specific credit union for loans. The representatives were clearly misinformed when presenting the package, and we felt completely misled.” report abuse

  Overall, I’ve been really pleased with Northcoast Solar. I’ve had my panels for just over a year now and haven’t experienced any issues at all. My energy production has been fantastic – consistently meeting and even exceeding the initial estimates. I also appreciate their support; they’ve been incredibly helpful in resolving questions with my energy company regarding my solar credits, ensuring I’m receiving the correct payments. It’s clear they’re a company of good people doing valuable work, and I’ll definitely be using them again when I’m looking to add batteries in the future. report abuse
