  Jerry and Hutchison Excavating were absolutely fantastic! We had a really stressful situation today – a semi got stuck in the mud after a delivery we’d scheduled weeks earlier, and I hadn’t realized how much the rain had turned the ground so slippery. I don't usually work with local contractors, but Jerry was the only person I could think of to call. He immediately understood how urgent the situation was and arrived at our property within just 35 minutes. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and kept a really calm demeanor while expertly getting the driver’s truck back on the highway.   “I was so impressed with Hutchinson’s service! Our well froze up during the winter and he immediately advised us to wait until spring for a more cost-effective solution, which we gratefully accepted. To our surprise, he actually followed through – he called us the other day to let us know he was on his way to fix it!   I can’t recommend Hutchison Excavating highly enough. Gary and his team did an absolutely fantastic job installing a new septic system for my lake cabin near Brainerd – it was a really big investment, so I was understandably anxious. From the initial bid, which was incredibly competitive, to the final completion, everything was handled with professionalism and a genuine commitment to quality. They finished the work on time, and even offered helpful suggestions for slight modifications as things progressed, all without raising a single price. They even plow my long, wooded driveway in the winter, and do a great job at a fair price. I’ve noticed that when I’ve gotten bids from other contractors for lake cabin projects, the costs tend to double, but working with Hutchison Excavating was a completely different experience.
