“Overall, I had a pretty frustrating experience. The technician did a fantastic job – I’d definitely give them a 5-star rating. However, I was shocked by the $1,400 extra charge for relocating the building. That felt completely unreasonable, especially considering the initial survey and location cost $2,000. I understood needing to pay extra for the new location after the city’s initial rejection, but $1,400 is excessive. The final bill, even after Kelly reduced it by $200, came to $3,200 – significantly higher than the initial estimate of $1,500 to $2,000.”
-
“I wholeheartedly recommend Kelly at Schoborg Land Services. She’s been incredibly helpful to me on numerous occasions and always presents herself with a truly professional and positive attitude.”
-
“We had a fantastic experience working with Schoberg Land Services. Kelly was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire survey process. She was so responsive, always returning our emails and calls promptly, and really went the extra mile to meet our needs quickly. We’d definitely recommend them!”
-
“I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service I received. Kelly and Doug were both fantastic – so helpful, efficient, and made the whole process really smooth and easy.”
-
“Overall, the surveyor did a good job with the initial survey of one side of my property line. However, the final bill of $610 was significantly higher than initially quoted – they’d estimated $450-$750, assuming the corner monuments were easily visible. My neighbor was able to pinpoint the exact locations of the monuments, and the surveyor found them within minutes. I questioned the inflated charges, but they insisted they couldn’t locate one monument, despite the fact they readily found it just needed to be raised a bit. Adding insult to injury, they then charged me extra for the two additional lot line markers I’d requested in the original quote, which had inflated the quote to $500-$800 after the work was completed. Their quoting process seems completely inconsistent and they clearly have a way of adding unexpected charges.”
-
“Overall, I was really pleased with the service. They communicated quickly and the survey was handled very well – it’s great to support a local business.”
