  Zach’s Crew really impressed me. They did an absolutely fantastic job leveling and repairing my pier and beam foundation – seriously, the coordination between the five of them was incredible, like an NBA team!   “WCK was fantastic – truly a top-notch experience from start to finish. We contacted them to schedule an inspection, and they immediately understood the urgency of our situation. They were incredibly accommodating, moving us up twice due to cancellations. The inspector was exceptionally knowledgeable; he spent over 30 minutes examining our pier and beam house, which was more thorough than any other company we’d dealt with. It really solidified my confidence in their expertise. Throughout the whole process, Zach and his team have been amazing, keeping me constantly updated and ensuring I never felt worried or out of the loop.   I was so impressed with WCK’s work repairing the pier foundation at my house in St. Helena Parish. Zack, Nick, Danny, and Josh were fantastic – they arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, and didn’t complain once, even with the triple-digit heat. Zack was especially helpful, patiently answering all my questions as the job moved forward. They really came together as a great team, were very careful and professional, and did a truly thorough job. I would absolutely hire them again for any future projects.   “We couldn’t be happier with WCK! My husband and I were really worried about foundation problems, but they quickly identified it was just a drainage issue. They did an absolutely fantastic job fixing it – we even saw them working during some pretty heavy thunderstorms, which really gave us confidence in how effective the system is. The design of the catch basins and the way they graded the land around our property seems incredibly well thought out, and it’s clearly working perfectly – we no longer have any standing water anywhere. Working with Taylor and Destenie was a pleasure too. They were so knowledgeable and always prompt with their responses, whether it was over the phone or email. They were really accommodating, like when they immediately sent us a revised invoice after we changed our plans to just focus on the catch basins instead of adding gutters and landscaping – they took the cost of the landscaping out of the invoice right away!   “I was really pleased with Zack and his team – they arrived right on time this morning, just as they’d promised. They took the time to explain the entire morning’s schedule and what would be done after the concrete cured. Importantly, they cleaned up the site thoroughly before they left, and gave us detailed instructions about removing a small amount of waste concrete in a contained area the following day.   I couldn’t be happier with the work WCK did on our house. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing similar services. From start to finish, they were fantastic. They were incredibly professional, offered really competitive prices, and responded to my questions and concerns immediately. Most importantly, they completed the job quickly and, crucially, the quality of their work was exceptional – they completely revamped our pier and beam foundation, including installing a new sump pump, reinforcing the foundation, and even lifting the house to ensure it was perfectly level. What really set them apart was their communication. Everyone at the office and the crew – Zack, Brandon, Danny, and Nick – kept me fully informed throughout the entire process, explaining potential issues with the house lifting and helping me make an informed decision.
