“I’m really frustrated with the service department. There have been several times where I’ve been completely overlooked – I’ve had to repeatedly call to remind them to come, and they’ve shown up without any prior notification, which has often happened when I’m at work. Just recently, I scheduled a service appointment in early July, and after two weeks, I received a call saying someone would be by that day, only to be told they’d need to hop the fence. I was told I’d get a callback, but I never heard back. Then, on August 31st, I left a message after hours, and they told me there was no ticket for my address and that I should call Monday. Even then, I left another message, and I was told someone might be out this past Monday, but I still haven’t heard anything or seen anyone. It’s incredibly unreliable.”

“I was having trouble with my Hayward chlorinator and a leak in the supply tube, but Ray, one of the owners, really saved the day. I contacted Sparkle, but they said the service department was swamped and it could be five days before they could look at it. Thankfully, Ray stopped by the next day and completely fixed the problem – he replaced the chlorinator and repaired the leaking lines. Seriously excellent service!”
