  “We were extremely disappointed with this surveying company. We hired them to survey a 4500 square foot lot on Main Street in Dallas, and the final bill of $974.25 for the form board survey and $3800 for construction staking was completely unreasonable. We’ve since discovered that the going rate for a form board survey in the area is around $450, and construction staking typically costs around $800. When we questioned the significantly higher prices and asked for a more competitive estimate, they simply stated that ‘this is our pricing’ and discouraged us from returning in the future. It felt incredibly dismissive and unprofessional.” report abuse
