They arrived promptly after I called, and he did a fantastic job – quick, efficient, and professional. I especially appreciated that they took my request to avoid driving their truck up my driveway seriously. And honestly, the price was amazing! I got a quote from another company, Beltway, for around $1040 to do the same thing, but Benson Co. did it for just $440. We had a broken torsion spring and they were able to get us an estimate and schedule an appointment just two days later. The pricing was fantastic, and they were incredibly responsive, replying to our emails within an hour or two. Paul, the technician, was fantastic too – he arrived right on time at 10:30 AM on Thursday and completed the job professionally, replacing both torsion springs in about 90 minutes.
