  I absolutely loved working with DC Patio! Mike, the owner, really helped me transform my backyard into something truly special last fall – it’s now the talk of the neighborhood. From the very beginning, Mike and his team went above and beyond, consistently exceeding my expectations. They presented a fantastic range of options – pavers and stone – and I was so impressed with the final choice of natural flagstone, paired with a stacked stone seat wall and fire pit. The little details, like the decorative river gravel, really elevated it and gave it that custom feel. It’s absolutely gorgeous, and I’ve gotten so many compliments. Mike is clearly passionate about his work, and the installation team was fantastic – friendly, hardworking, and they even tidied up the site every day. I wholeheartedly recommend DC Patio to anyone wanting to create a unique outdoor space, and I’ve already sent two of my colleagues their way.   We absolutely loved working with Diversified Contractors! Mike Erickson and his team did an amazing job transforming our backyard this summer. Mike was fantastic – so approachable, professional, and really took the time to understand our ideas and vision for the patio. It was clear he and his team genuinely cared about getting the design just right, and the finished flagstone patio and stone steps are absolutely stunning. The stone masons were incredibly talented and skilled, and the whole crew was friendly and worked incredibly hard.   Mike and the DCPatio team did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our backyard! We’d been researching patio builders and chose Mike based on his professionalism and a great recommendation from a friend. From the very beginning, the quoting process was really clear – Mike patiently walked us through all the options for materials, styles, and features so we could create a patio that perfectly matched our design and budget. Because we were so excited to get started, Mike and his team were able to begin work the next day, even though it was early spring. They tackled everything – removing our old patio and garage, excavating the land, even pulling trees – and built a beautiful, two-level patio with steps, lighting, and landscaping. The whole process was incredibly smooth, and despite a brief rain delay, they finished the job within a week and a half. What really stood out was Mike’s communication. He checked in with us almost daily, keeping us fully informed and making the whole experience completely stress-free. It was a huge investment for us, and Mike and his team made it so easy. We absolutely love the patio and can’t wait to enjoy it when the weather warms up.   “We hired this company for a large patio project, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The workers were consistently rude, and there were serious issues with their work – they used our front lawn as a bathroom, and the patio itself was poorly constructed. We had to call the owner himself to have his partner come out and fix the inadequate drainage they’d initially installed, which thankfully was corrected. However, even after that, the patio work still wasn't up to the standard we expected for a project costing $35,000. We’ve since had other contractors assess the situation, and it’s clear we have a lot of problems to sort out. Interestingly, we’ve also heard from others that the owner had to take legal action against them regarding their warranty.” report abuse
