This was a really disappointing experience. It seems like there were significant issues with their reliability – they consistently failed to meet deadlines and pay invoices. Plus, it appeared they were relying heavily on the reputation of the people running the company rather than having their own genuine expertise. Sadly, it left a very negative impression.
