Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the provided text: “I’m incredibly disappointed with the work performed on this project. It’s clear there was a significant lack of quality control and fundamental building knowledge. The framing was shockingly inaccurate – the top and bottom plates were consistently misaligned, and he was even driving nails directly into the new concrete when bracing the garage walls. The deck construction was equally problematic, with several posts missing proper concrete footings and the entire structure built out of level, resulting in a serious slope. Beyond the major issues, there were smaller problems like incorrectly installed cabinets and a significant amount of siding already falling off after only a couple of years. Frankly, it felt like a rushed job, and I’m deeply concerned about the long-term stability of the house. I also anticipate a substantial number of unexpected fees at closing, which I believe is a consequence of the poor workmanship. It seems some of the positive reviews may be from people who were personally connected to the contractor.”
