  Brian was fantastic to work with during the build of our new home. He really listened to everything we wanted and was incredibly accommodating, even rearranging the layout to accommodate our specific requests. It was amazing that he’d come to our meetings with his computer and essentially “move walls” as we discussed. We particularly appreciated his attention to detail, especially as my husband uses a wheelchair, and he expertly created a fully accessible home that still looked beautiful and modern – we were absolutely thrilled with the final result. report abuse

  Bryan and the team at MLC were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, we really felt we could trust them – Bryan, in particular, was incredibly honest and genuine, and we knew right away he was the right fit. Even after the project was complete, he continued to go above and beyond. Bryan was so patient with us, especially since I wasn't a design professional, and he really listened to our vision. He was always upfront about pricing, which helped us stay within our budget and he steered us towards proven choices we were comfortable with. We had some unexpected hurdles with zoning and revisions, but Bryan and his team handled everything with such professionalism and didn't let it slow us down. Honestly, it’s been the best building experience we've had – they deliver a high-quality finished product while keeping things on track.   Bryan and Modern Living Concepts did an absolutely fantastic job building our dream home. They really delivered on the “custom” part – we were able to get everything exactly how we wanted it, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Bryan was so detail-oriented, and you could tell he really cared about the quality of the work. The job site was always spotless and well-organized, which was a huge plus. When it was finally finished, our house was absolutely perfect and ready for us to move in.
