  Mike did a fantastic job patching and repairing our drywall at both our old and current homes. Honestly, I’m just not patient enough to tackle that kind of work myself – it’s really an art form! He’s become my go-to guy for all things drywall. His prices are really reasonable, and the quality of his work is outstanding. Plus, he’s always so polite and respectful of my time. I’m actually planning to hire him again in a couple of months to tape and mud my basement once I’ve finished the drywalling there. report abuse

  Mike from Milliken Plastering and Drywall is absolutely fantastic – we couldn’t be happier with his work. He did a huge amount of plastering and drywall work in our house, and he’s just incredibly skilled. What really stood out was his experience; he’s been doing this for a long time, and he explained everything in detail, which really took the worry out of the project and ensured we weren’t caught off guard with any unexpected costs. We’ve lived in this house for ten years, and the previous owner had a persistent damp smell, likely caused by a leak from an upstairs window. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem, tore out the affected wall, expertly repaired the damage, insulated, and redid the plaster – and the issue was completely resolved!   Mike and his crew did a fantastic job renovating the bedroom in my 1891 house. They tackled a lot of work – removing old paint and wallpaper revealed a surprising amount of original plaster, though it had quite a few nail holes and some cracks. They were incredibly thorough, starting with protecting my floors with drop cloths and plastic, which I really appreciated. They finished the job ahead of schedule and within budget, and the result is a beautifully smooth surface, perfectly ready for painting.   Mike did a fantastic job on the two projects he completed for us here at the historic home. He’s incredibly reliable – always responds promptly and shows up on time. More importantly, his plaster and drywall work is truly exceptional; he really has an eye for detail.
