  Matt from Anchor Waterproofing was fantastic! He came to our home and was incredibly honest – he explained clearly that our issue didn’t actually need waterproofing, and offered a really helpful solution. You could tell he was genuinely concerned about our situation and he was so professional and trustworthy.   I couldn’t be happier with Anchor Waterproofing! I had them install a French drain back in 2011, and recently, I was experiencing a water issue in my basement. I contacted them about the lifetime warranty, and they sent Dave and Marcus out just a week later. They were fantastic – incredibly friendly, really knew their stuff, and they were so careful to keep my house clean throughout the whole job.   Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the work Anchor Waterproofing did on my basement. From the very first contact, they were fantastic. Michelle responded to my inquiry the next day and quickly scheduled an assessment with Dave Shifflett. Dave was truly outstanding – so knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely took the time to explain everything clearly. He was incredibly thorough and honest, and his positive attitude was a real breath of fresh air. Because of his professionalism, I decided to wait for him to do the actual work, and the estimate he provided was competitive, even slightly lower than the others I’d received. Dave and his assistant, Marcus, did an amazing job – they were incredibly hardworking, careful with my home, and took great pride in their work. Then, Cindy followed up afterward to answer any questions I had about the curing process, which was really appreciated. I’m confident that Anchor’s work will completely waterproof my basement, and I’ll be sure to update my review when that’s confirmed. Without a doubt, Anchor is reliable, professional, and committed to doing a great job.   Kevin and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job with the French drain and sump pump installation at my new house. They were so professional and really went above and beyond to take care of me. But from the moment Anchor’s team, Mike and Anthony, came to take a look, I knew things were going to be different. They were incredibly professional, really cleaned up my chaotic basement, and immediately understood the scale of the job. They kept me completely in the loop with daily updates, and amazingly, finished the work in just three days – a project I’d originally estimated would take five to seven! It’s given me such a huge sense of relief knowing I can finally get my basement finished after it had to be demolished due to flooding. They installed a drain and sump pump right before those crazy storms hit, and it completely solved the problem of our basement leaking. It’s such a relief knowing it’s dry now.   Anchor Water Proofing was absolutely fantastic – they really saved the day! Matt, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable about water damage and he explained everything so clearly, which was a huge relief for us as we hadn’t dealt with anything like this before. He took the time to walk us through the whole problem and how to fix it, and honestly, it gave my wife and me a huge sense of calm. The team was also fantastic – so professional, careful, and respectful in their work. They did a brilliant job in our basement, and it looks amazing now.   Anchor Waterproofing truly went above and beyond for me – it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the very beginning, Laurie was so friendly and professional, making me feel like a valued customer. Matt’s home visit was particularly impressive; he was incredibly knowledgeable, had a great personality, and got a proposal and started the work incredibly quickly. Because I was traveling, they accommodated my short notice with no problem at all, taking care of everything I needed.
