Working with Peter Smith and his team was an absolutely fantastic experience. They really brought a unique blend of traditional design principles with stunning, modern 3D renderings – it started with Peter’s original hand-drawn concept and then Chris DeOrsay created truly unbelievable visuals. Because we were able to “live virtually” in the house and make changes collaboratively before construction even began, we saved a significant amount of time and money. They expertly balanced our ideas with the overall style and design, and they were incredibly professional and responsive, working seamlessly with our builder, project manager, and structural engineer to ensure a very smooth and successful project. Ultimately, we got exactly the dream home we’d envisioned, incorporating everything on our wish list – and more!

This was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The architect didn't seem to be operating with the standards we expected – they lacked project management skills and relied heavily on hand-drawn plans, which were significantly more expensive than anticipated. We strongly recommend exploring other options.

Seriously, steer clear of this. It was completely unprofessional and, frankly, unethical. Don’t be swayed by any supposed awards – it’s clear that’s just marketing. I’d strongly recommend working with someone more current in their skills and with a good grasp of project management.
