“I was parked outside the Hannaford in Boothbay Harbor when a black truck pulled in and unfortunately bumped my car’s front end. It was just a small dent, thankfully not major, but it was a bit surprising that the driver, who appeared to be a contractor, didn’t seem to know the size of their vehicle.”

Honestly, we were really disappointed with the work that was done. They backed their equipment into the house with so much force that it shook, and we ended up with damage to our siding in two separate places – it was clear they weren’t careful. We hired them to level our driveway and fill in the ruts, and while they did manage to create a level surface and fix the ruts, they added an excessive amount of gravel – about 3 inches – which has now raised the driveway significantly higher than the road and our garage. Our cars have already sustained damage from hitting the raised lip at the driveway entrance. We’ll need to have someone else come back and remove some of the gravel before we can even consider paving it.

“We were so pleased with the work the Gravel Doctor did on our long, very rough driveway. They completely transformed it, and we’re really happy with their professionalism and the quality of the job. We’d definitely recommend them!”
