  Honestly, my experience with Tom was incredibly disappointing. He came to give us a pool quote, and he was just incredibly rude and arrogant. He seemed completely uninterested in our project, dismissing us almost immediately and rushing off. It felt like he was doing us a huge favor just by being there, which is a really strange impression to get from a potential service provider. I’d strongly recommend looking for someone else – this was definitely not a positive experience. report abuse

  Tom needs a serious overhaul. His customer service was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and frankly, it left a very negative impression. The company should really look into training or replacing him – he doesn’t seem to have the skills needed to represent the business effectively. report abuse
