“I had a really frustrating experience here. I called ahead to see if I could pick up some parts before closing, and the woman on the phone assured me it would be okay. However, when I arrived at 4:30, the parts guy was completely disinterested and ultimately couldn’t fulfill my request because he insisted I needed an account and paperwork – things I wasn’t aware I needed. It felt like a huge waste of my time, and it seems like this place isn’t interested in serving customers, especially those needing Volvo equipment.”
