“I’m really disappointed with my experience at Country Glass. I had a double-pane sash brought in – it was brand new when we bought our house back in 2001, and I had them repair it recently for $223.75. Steve told me the two missing latch screws had rusted and broken off. However, I examined the window right next to it, and I found one of the screws already rusted and was able to remove it without damaging anything. It seems incredibly unlikely that the screws just broke on their own after 22 years, and frankly, Steve hasn’t offered any kind of solution or even a discount. He’s now ignoring my emails. I completely agree with the other one-star reviews – it’s a frustrating situation.”
-
“I had a windshield repair done there and was really impressed. They offered a much better price than other glass repair places I’d gotten quotes from. I dropped it off in the morning and they had it back to me by the end of the day – they even carefully reinstalled my mirror and the fast pass. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making the whole process so much smoother than I anticipated. I’m really glad I went with them, and I’ll definitely be returning if I ever need any other window work.”
-
“I was really pleased with the work – they completely transformed my space by replacing the three large windows and the old mirror. The quality of the work is fantastic, and everything looks absolutely wonderful. I’d definitely recommend them for any window or mirror replacement.”
-
“I was really disappointed with this place. I initially received a quote of around $200 for the tabletop, but just two days before delivery, my wife was given a final price of $397. When I spoke to Steve about it, he explained that $200 was for the glass and $200 was for delivery – which just didn't make sense. Other glass companies in the area were charging between $30 and $50 for similar work, so I decided to go elsewhere. It felt incredibly misleading and unprofessional.”
-
“I’ve been really happy with this place – they have a great selection of glass, including windshields, mirrors, and storefront panels. Steve is a really helpful and easy to work with, and I’m a regular customer.”
-
“Country Glass really impressed me – they’re a solid, reliable business offering a complete range of services and, importantly, they’re priced fairly.”
-
“I was really impressed with this team – they were incredibly efficient and professional. They quickly replaced two windows, including the really large bay window, and left the whole area spotless. It was a fantastic experience working with them.”
-
“Honestly, they’re by far the best glass shop I’ve ever used. The service was incredibly professional, and I felt like the prices were really fair.”
-
“Really happy with the service – they quickly and expertly cut my mirror for me.”
-
“I was really impressed with the speed – they cut the glass to the exact size I needed in a flash! Plus, the customer service was fantastic. Definitely recommend 28PRINTZ.”
