I was refinancing my properties in Jersey City and the bank insisted on them, even though I hadn’t needed flood insurance before.   “I can’t say enough good things about Behar and Anne! I was in a really tough situation trying to sell my house, and the fact that it was suddenly flagged as being in a flood zone – even though I hadn’t experienced any flooding – was a huge obstacle. Anne was amazing from the very beginning, incredibly helpful and accommodating. She managed to get us in quickly, and the surveyors were fantastic – so professional, courteous, and really took the time to get everything right. They even gave me a real sense of hope that FEMA had made a mistake. Jeremy recommended us to Cleighton Smith, who expertly handled the paperwork and the entire process, which honestly, took less than a month – a surprisingly fast turnaround considering what I’d heard.   “I was really disappointed with this company’s service. They initially quoted me on placing four corner markers, but upon inspection, there were already three in place. Without any discussion or my approval, they added a single marker and billed me the full price as if they’d completed the job. I brought this to Ronen’s attention over a month ago, but haven’t heard back from him since. It feels like they simply went ahead and did what was easiest for them, disregarding my agreement and costing me $400. Honestly, given their lack of communication and this kind of quick, unauthorized action, I wouldn’t recommend using this company.” report abuse
