  “I couldn’t be happier with Valley Solar! We had our system installed about nine months ago and, honestly, I was a little hesitant to leave a review until we’d seen how it was really working. We got quotes from a few different companies, and Valley Solar stood out because they were so open and honest about all of our options – unlike another company that seemed more focused on their own profits. The installation itself went incredibly smoothly and actually happened faster than we anticipated. They were really professional, cleaned up everything, and got us up and running quickly. Recently, our system briefly stopped producing, but the app they use is fantastic and helped us identify the problem. They responded immediately, resolving the issue by the next morning. It’s reassuring to know they’re responsive. Now, our system is handling all our electricity needs perfectly – we haven’t received an electric bill since!   Overall, I’ve been really pleased with my experience with Valley Solar. I’ve purchased multiple solar panels and batteries from them over the last few years, and while the initial setup was a little tricky due to not doing it all at once, they were incredibly patient and helpful in getting everything integrated correctly. They really stuck with it until the system was working perfectly, and now it’s been running smoothly for almost a year.   Valley Solar was fantastic – honestly, they were a breath of fresh air compared to other companies we spoke with.   Overall, we’re absolutely thrilled with our new solar panels – it’s fantastic we finally took the plunge after considering it for so long!   Overall, we’re incredibly pleased with our experience installing solar panels with Valley Solar. From the very beginning, Chris, our representative, was fantastic. He was really knowledgeable, patiently answered all of our questions – even our son’s technical ones – and made the whole Zoom process feel really comfortable. The installation team was also outstanding – they were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They even took the time to clean up after themselves each day, which we really appreciated. We were particularly impressed that the job finished ahead of schedule and we’ve been enjoying the benefits of our new solar panels during these lovely sunny days.
