  “I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Total Home Performance. From start to finish, the team led by Pablo was fantastic. They were incredibly professional and dedicated – they arrived promptly every morning by 8:30 am and worked diligently throughout the day. They were so respectful of my home, and at the end of each day, they completely cleaned up inside and outside. Pablo did a great job explaining everything to me, outlining what they planned to do each day, and even pointing out things like the expected odor from the insulation or the sounds of leveling. They tackled both my crawl space and attic, and they worked incredibly hard, especially given the extreme heat – it took two weeks, and they were digging in my clay crawlspace, building up pillars with small shovels. I really appreciated how they kept me informed; they’d call the office to discuss any issues and then update me with a call or text. They were always responsive and transparent about costs.
