  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. Two of my friends in Easton also had to take legal action due to their failure to complete the work properly. I hired them to adjust sinking travertine pavers on our pool patio, and I was charged $1,500 for a job that only took 4 hours of labor – they were there for 6 hours! They also tacked on a $200 truck fee. As a retired surgeon, my reputation is everything, and this company completely disregarded that. Honestly, they seem to have no integrity and I wouldn’t trust them with anything. We’ve since switched to Aqua Pools, who have a much better reputation in Easton, and we’re so glad we did. report abuse

  Kustomscapes did an absolutely fantastic job on our property. We hired them for a really big project – everything from the pool with waterfalls and stonework around it, to the hardscaping in our backyard and driveway. What really stood out was their quality of work; it’s truly first-class. They were also incredibly easy to work with, so accommodating to all of our ideas and changes. They even provided some great design suggestions which was a huge help. We’re absolutely thrilled with the final result and have gotten so many compliments – we would definitely recommend Kustomscapes! report abuse

  I’m really frustrated with my recent experience at Kustom. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, buying chemicals and pool supplies there, but this morning’s situation was completely unacceptable. I purchased a canister of chlorine, only to discover my wife had already bought and used it yesterday. When I tried to return it, I was told they don’t accept returns on chemicals – which is incredibly inconvenient. Honestly, it’s made me decide I’ll never shop there again. To add insult to injury, I found the same product on Amazon for $80 less, and they accept returns. report abuse

  We’ve been absolutely thrilled with Kustomscapes and Pools – they’ve been fantastic since we moved into our new home! We were so happy to find them recommended, and Jennifer and Lee have been amazing. They’re both incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and really efficient with our weekly pool service.
