  I had to get some crawlspace work done, and I ended up working with Celso Carillo and Chesapeake Crawlspace Solutions. I got quotes from a few local companies, and one was just completely unprofessional, while another was shockingly expensive.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work Chesapeake Crawlspace Solutions did for me. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. Celso was truly exceptional – he completely tackled my crawlspace, removing the old insulation, addressing mold issues, and fully encapsulating and insulating the space. He even installed a drainage mat, two condensate pumps, and a dehumidifier. I actually got quotes from four different companies, and Celso’s price was the best value, especially considering the quality of the materials and equipment he used. He was so professional and straightforward, not at all pushy, and he gave me his honest assessment right away. It took him about four and a half days to complete the job on my 2500 square foot crawlspace (with 12 piers and 18 vents), and he even walked me through the finished product and explained everything that was installed. I really appreciated his follow-up plan to check in a month after completion.
