    “I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. As a long-time customer, I’ve always had minor issues with the company, but this last time was completely unacceptable. I contacted the manager about some equipment problems, and he hasn’t returned my calls or responded to my messages. It feels like they simply don’t value their local customers. Specifically, I was assured I could pick up the equipment late one night to avoid a morning trip, but was then charged a full day’s rental despite returning it by noon the following day. This feels incredibly unethical and unprofessional – I would never have agreed to that arrangement knowing I’d be charged full price. The skid steer sat unused all night, which is simply not feasible. Honestly, the entire situation was handled poorly. There was no attempt to resolve the issue, and the associate I spoke with was quite rude. I’m running a business too, and this unexpected charge has been a huge frustration. If you’re considering renting equipment, I’d suggest looking at Highway 55 Rental or Reddy Rents – they seem to genuinely value their customers and treat them with respect.” report abuse

    Overall, the pressure washer was a solid performer. I was really happy with the power – it quickly and effectively removed the bubbled paint. The staff were also really helpful, assisting me with loading it into my SUV and providing the planks I needed to roll it off at the job site. It was a bit messy afterward, which is understandable, but that’s just part of the job. The team was friendly and professional both when I picked it up and when I returned it. report abuse

    Dan Kral had a bit of trouble getting his new Stihl 271 chainsaw started, and thankfully Brad from A to Z was there to help. Brad patiently walked him through the starting process, asking questions about the fuel and then demonstrating it himself. It only took three pulls to get it going, and Dan really appreciated Brad taking the time to show him how it works. He said Brad was a huge help and a true hero! report abuse

    I was absolutely blown away by A-Z Rental and, especially, by Tim’s incredible service. I had a really awful experience – I lost my wedding ring while raking leaves and ended up bringing them to the compost. I was incredibly panicked, but Tim was so kind and helpful. He quickly got me a metal detector, and it was fantastic! It really made a difference in helping us find the ring in that huge pile – we absolutely wouldn’t have found it without it.     I had a really frustrating experience renting a 2-man auger from this place. I needed to dig five 30-inch deep, 8-inch diameter post holes for a new deck, and this auger was completely inadequate. The soil was easy to work with for the first 18-20 inches, but as soon as it hit any resistance, it just stopped. I had to dig half of each hole by hand just to get the job done in time. The people at the rental place didn’t seem to understand the problem at all. I explained the issue multiple times, and they just kept asking if the soil was rocky, even though it wasn’t. It was like they weren't listening! The worst part was the complete lack of support – just a blank stare and a promise to reprint my receipt. Seriously, they didn’t offer to lower the bill or even offer a coffee. It was clear they hadn't learned how to actually serve a customer. Honestly, I didn’t get my money’s worth. I’d recommend renting a 2-man auger from somewhere else. report abuse
