  I was incredibly frustrated with the way this individual handled the delivery. I drove overnight, over 600 miles, and arrived before dawn. After waiting for the shipping office to open at 6am, I politely asked the receiver if I could use their restroom – a simple request after a long drive. He refused, insisting I use the facilities near the lake. It was completely unacceptable and frankly, unbelievably rude. I left immediately and won’t be returning to that warehouse. report abuse

  I’m really frustrated – this is the second time I’ve received the wrong order, and now they’re closed until Monday. While I appreciate the driver did get the correct item to me last time, it’s incredibly inconvenient to have to deal with this again, especially with a weekend ahead and the incorrect materials. It’s also difficult to get in touch with them because their voicemail is full. report abuse
