  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience at this store. I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up, the website was completely down – it was a huge frustration. To make matters worse, I was charged three times for the order, and although two charges disappeared, one is still pending. Honestly, it’s the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. The store seems to be constantly understaffed and disorganized, and it’s frequently closed despite advertised hours. It feels like a complete misrepresentation of their services, especially since I wasn’t notified until I arrived to collect my order. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.” report abuse
