  “We absolutely loved our experience building with Palo Verde Homes! From start to finish, it was incredibly smooth and professional. They delivered our new home on time, and the quality of the build was outstanding – you could really see the care and attention to detail they put into everything, using really high-quality materials. We were fortunate enough to choose our finishes before the build, which allowed us to create a home that truly felt like our own. Rocio was amazing throughout the entire process; she was so responsive and helpful, even guiding us through installing our new bidet! The whole team was fantastic, quickly addressing any concerns we had. After we moved in, we noticed a couple of minor things, but the warranty team, especially Armando, took care of everything so efficiently – we communicated through photos and email, and they resolved it all so quickly. We were even impressed that Rocio stepped in to help when Armando was out of town! We actually found Palo Verde by chance – we were disappointed with another builder and stumbled upon their model home. Saul E. Hernandez from ClearView Realty was also a huge help, making the whole buying process seamless. We couldn't be happier with our new home and wholeheartedly recommend Palo Verde Homes to anyone looking for a new build in El Paso. We especially appreciated how kept us fully informed throughout the entire construction process. Gina Valdivia was fantastic too; she was so welcoming, responsive to our questions, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. And the inspection team – Zachary, Alex, and Lee – were incredible! They were incredibly thorough and meticulous, taking care of every detail. Plus, they were super helpful, providing us with photos promptly and sharing valuable information about our new homes.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience buying a home from Palo Verde. From the moment the house closed on June 18th, 2024, we’ve faced a constant stream of problems that have been incredibly frustrating. The craftsmanship throughout the house is seriously lacking – the wood on my French doors feels like very cheap materials, and the overall quality feels rushed and sloppy. We’ve had significant electrical issues, including a dryer that doesn’t work and a porch light that’s not functioning. The electrician quickly dismissed the problems, simply blaming faulty wiring and new cords without even checking the breaker or outlet. Then, a vibrating air vent in one of the bathrooms was “fixed” and immediately returned. Now, just a month after closing, we’ve discovered a water leak in a small room. It’s clear that Palo Verde isn't delivering the quality I expected, and frankly, the warranty feels meaningless given the ongoing issues and the apparent lack of expertise. It's been a long and stressful month dealing with these problems, and I'm deeply regretting my purchase. report abuse

  “My experience with Palo Verde was, frankly, a nightmare. What started as the dream of a home quickly turned into a constant source of frustration and disappointment. From the very beginning, they seemed determined to make things as difficult as possible. They repeatedly dismissed our requests, even small ones, and treated us like we were inconveniencing them. They insisted on being ‘custom’ while simultaneously refusing to accommodate any of our preferences – from the size of our lot to the color of our shutters. The quality of the work was shockingly poor. Despite claiming to be a premier builder, we found numerous issues, including sloppy workmanship, damage, and ignored upgrades. It felt like they were deliberately trying to avoid delivering on their promises. Ultimately, we had to back out of the deal, losing a significant amount of money in the process. It was clear they were more concerned with protecting their profits than with fulfilling their contractual obligations. I would strongly advise anyone considering building with Palo Verde to explore other options – you deserve a builder who values your trust and delivers on their word.” report abuse

  “We were so impressed with the entire experience of buying our home from Palo Verde. From the beginning, they were incredibly easy to work with and the quality of the homes is fantastic – we didn’t need to make nearly as many upgrades as we’ve encountered with other builders. They really focus on delivering a high-quality product, and Alex and Rene were exceptional, going above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the house before we even got the keys.
