  “Honestly, this situation is incredibly frustrating. Sunbelt’s operations are completely disruptive – they’re right next to apartment buildings and the constant noise from construction – scaffolding, drilling, it never stops. It’s exhausting and completely unfair to the residents who live nearby. It seems like a really bad decision to be operating in a residential area, and I think it’s ridiculous that Maryland allows this kind of mixing of industrial sites and neighborhoods. I’m surprised more people in the community aren't raising concerns; the noise is unbearable and really impacting people's quality of life. Something needs to be done to address this – Sunbelt needs to relocate to a proper industrial zone.” report abuse

  Chris was fantastic – he really went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed for my rental today. He was so attentive and helpful, and I’ll definitely be returning to Sunbelt Rentals because of his excellent service. report abuse

  Honestly, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. The setup went smoothly, but the biggest issue was the significant delay – they were several days late to dismantle the scaffolding. To add to the problem, they left all the pieces scattered in the school’s fire lane, and it took them a full week to get them removed. Communication was a complete nightmare; our assigned representative never checked in, and it took countless calls to their office to finally get the situation resolved. As a result, our company had to spend thousands of dollars manually moving the abandoned scaffolding ourselves. I strongly advise against using this company for scaffolding – their lack of communication and follow-through was unacceptable. This occurred in Baltimore, Maryland. report abuse

  Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. I called to check on the status of my lift and was told it was still at the shop – if I hadn’t followed up, it wouldn’t have been delivered at all. The representative who called me back offered a solution of just covering the delivery charge, but when I asked about the specific pricing at the store, the salesman was completely defensive and flat-out lied. It was really disappointing to be treated that way, especially since I’d come in with a friendly attitude. I felt completely overcharged and the whole situation pointed to some serious issues with management. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. report abuse
