  “I can’t recommend Innovative Home Improvements highly enough! I used them a few years back for some window installs in my townhome, and they were fantastic. They were incredibly responsive and easy to work with, and the price was really good. But what really stood out was Paul. I contacted him when I noticed a strange discoloration on one of the windows, and he immediately helped me navigate the warranty process with the manufacturer.   “We couldn’t be happier with the new siding Innovative Home installed on our house. We’d been struggling with our old T1-11 siding and, after hearing such great things from a neighbor who used them, we decided to go with Dan and his team. They really did a fantastic job – they didn’t just slap on some new vinyl; they completely replaced any damaged sections of the old siding and meticulously addressed every detail, including all the seams. They were also really upfront about any other issues they found and took care of them perfectly. Plus, the price was incredibly reasonable; we got a quote that was significantly cheaper, but it was for a much lower quality product. Dan’s bid was a step above, and the 6-inch gutters have been fantastic. Honestly, people keep commenting on how beautiful our house looks, and we completely agree.   Innovative Home Improvements were fantastic – I couldn’t be happier with their service. They replaced all my windows back in June 2020, and from start to finish, everyone was incredibly professional, from the sales team to the installers. The quality of their work was truly outstanding; it was all just flawless. What really stood out was when their technician even took the time to address a small roof leak issue for me – he went above and beyond with some caulk and we haven't had a problem since.   I couldn’t be happier with the work IHI did on my son’s house. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Paul was a really fantastic communicator and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted – a warmer home, sealed up the foundation to keep out pests, and better insulation. He was incredibly responsive, always keeping me updated on the progress and any unexpected issues with the house. What really impressed me was his dedication; he even worked extra hard to get the job done ahead of schedule so we’d have more time before my grandson was born.
