  I recently had 5 Star Roofing and Restoration LLC completely revamp my roof, including new gutters, siding, and posts, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. They kept me fully informed every step of the way, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and professionally. I especially want to thank Mr. Saul Freedman for his key role in getting the project started, Jody Boyer for her fantastic communication and support, and Jason Briggs, the CEO, for overseeing everything so well.   “I can’t recommend 5 Star Roofing & Restoration highly enough! My husband and I were completely blindsided when our home inspector missed a significant hole in our roof, which led to major damage by winter. Thankfully, we were referred to them through another local business, and from the very beginning, Josh (the director of operations) and Jody (the admin) were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly supportive, especially when our insurance company was initially hesitant to cover a full replacement. Josh and Jody went above and beyond, stepping in to remove our solar panels to prevent further damage, and the roof installation itself was unbelievably quick and flawless – you wouldn’t have known they’d been there! Throughout the whole process, they kept us updated and were just genuinely wonderful people. Honestly, they saved our home and our minds, and they're the real deal. He really took the hassle out of the whole process – he handled everything from dealing with the insurance company to coordinating the inspection.   “We were so pleased with the service we received from 5 Star when we had our roof replaced after that nasty windstorm. They were incredibly easy to work with, especially Greg Mack, who was fantastic – he was always so responsive, whether it was by phone, text, or email, and he really stayed on top of everything. They even took care of coordinating with our insurance company, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. The whole process, from getting the claim approved to the actual replacement, only took about two weeks, and they did such a thorough job, dropping off the materials one day and finishing the replacement the next. Plus, their cleanup was amazing – they left almost no nails or debris behind, and Greg even went back to double-check everything.
