  “We were really looking for a solar company we could trust and felt completely comfortable with, and honestly, we’d been pretty overwhelmed by some of the other companies we spoke with – constantly feeling pressured. Then we met the KW Solar Solutions Team – Rob, Dale, Brian, and Jackie – and it was a completely different experience. From the start, Rob was fantastic. He really listened to what we were looking for in terms of solar panels and inverters, and he put together a system that perfectly matched our needs – 11.22 kilowatts of solar panels (Panasonic Hit 330) with Solar Edge inverters – and at a price we felt was very fair. He answered all our questions patiently and never once tried to rush us into anything. When we finally met with Rob and Dale, they walked us through the entire system and gave us a realistic timeline for the installation. It was great knowing that everything we discussed in our emails was exactly what was outlined in the contract – no hidden surprises or confusing jargon. Plus, the fact that they offer their own 10-year warranty on their workmanship gives us a huge sense of security. The installation itself was seamless, thanks to Brian, Dale, and Rob.
