  Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the experience. The salesperson seemed completely preoccupied with his phone and wasn’t able to give me any proper attention. The homes themselves looked incredibly cheaply constructed – it was like one of those mass-produced home companies, like Boggs. I wasn’t impressed at all. report abuse

  Okay, let’s be honest, this property is a serious fixer-upper – and probably a lot more trouble than it’s worth. For $450, you’re getting land that’s practically on the beach, but it comes with some major drawbacks. There’s no running water, no sewage system, and no electricity. Plus, there’s mold that needs extensive remediation. Seriously, I’d advise against it – you’d be better off pursuing a career in space exploration! report abuse

  “There were a number of significant issues with this build. We encountered problems with the garage slab, the roofline wasn't correct upon delivery, and the drop-down stairs were covered in mold. Additionally, the door and window frames were the wrong colors, and the siding had some noticeable bulging. Overall, there were several deviations from the agreed-upon specifications.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience at this carpentry business. The owners displayed unacceptable behavior, and I found their attitudes to be deeply offensive and discriminatory. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I believe there are far better options in the area that deserve your business. report abuse
