  Ralph and his team did an absolutely fantastic job framing my painting – and then some! I originally brought in a piece I wanted to give as a Christmas gift, and Ralph was so patient helping me find the perfect frame. The finished product was stunning, and he turned it around quickly.   I went to this frame shop hoping to get a frame for a canvas and a print, and honestly, the experience was pretty frustrating. While Ralph was willing to discuss options, he became increasingly impatient when I asked if my husband could help with the decision – something he’d initially agreed to. Then, the FaceTime call kept freezing, and he completely lost his temper, demanding I leave the shop. It felt like a really unprofessional reaction, especially since the freezing was likely due to reception issues and he’d already said he was open to my husband’s input. I definitely wasn't expecting a flare-up like that, and I felt like he didn’t understand I was just seeking some guidance as a beginner. I ended up finding a much better alternative shop nearby with a much more patient and helpful owner. report abuse

  Fahringer is fantastic – he really has a knack for presenting artwork in a friendly and approachable way, with fair prices. We’ve been incredibly pleased with him over the past few years, commissioning at least five original pieces and consistently getting great results. report abuse

  Ralph absolutely went above and beyond with my piece. He not only managed to find the exact plexi-glass I needed, even during the difficult COVID shortages, but he also discovered and saved the original framing sticker – it turned out to have been done in Naples, Italy back in 1989! It’s clear he’s a truly talented and knowledgeable artist, with a real appreciation for art and how it’s presented. Thank you so much, Ralph! report abuse

  “I’ve been really pleased with the work – they’ve created some fantastic frames for my paintings, and the prices were very reasonable. It was also great that they included a hanging kit with the frames, a really thoughtful touch. They also have a nice selection of crystals and fossils if you’re interested in those.” report abuse

  Honestly, I really wanted to like this place, but it just didn’t work out. The quality of the work was unacceptable, and unfortunately, the owner was incredibly rude. I’d strongly recommend you avoid going there – it’s just not worth the hassle. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. The individual I dealt with was consistently rude, used inappropriate language, and displayed a completely unprofessional attitude. Honestly, I wouldn't give him a single star. I strongly advise against using this service – please consider going elsewhere. report abuse
