  Stay Dry Water Place was absolutely fantastic – they really came through for us when we had a major basement leak after a storm. Their team was incredibly responsive, carefully assessed the damage, and got everything dried and sealed up really quickly, within just a couple of days. What impressed us most was how clearly they explained everything they were doing and how confident they made us feel about the repairs.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the team’s work. From the start, the owner impressed us with his honesty, kindness, and genuine respect for our home. The presentation was clear and professional, and their bid was significantly lower than other companies, yet they delivered exceptional results. They took meticulous care of our property, creating a dust tunnel, covering the floor, and using an air scrubber – they really went the extra mile. We were also really impressed with their process; they recorded video of the initial assessment and had a verbal agreement with us about the work to be done. My father was similarly thrilled with their professionalism and the quality of their work. The team, particularly Jeff, James, and Darrin, were fantastic – punctual, hardworking, and incredibly efficient. They finished the job in a single day, and the concrete work was done beautifully, flush with the surrounding area.
