“I’ve been incredibly pleased with Gen 3 – they were with us four years ago on a residential roofing project that was done exceptionally well. When I recently started the process of selling my home, I had a few warranty questions raised by the inspector, and Gen 3 responded immediately with a professional and helpful solution. I’d definitely recommend them for any construction project.”
-
“I genuinely believe Gen 3 sets the standard in this industry. The quality of our work really does speak for itself – I haven’t encountered another company that can match it. I’ve spent a lot of time observing the impact of our projects and talking with people who appreciate the care and skill we bring to every job. There’s no better feeling than starting the week with a challenging and rewarding project like building up our city, knowing we’re doing it with both precision and a strong sense of pride.”

This was a deeply disappointing experience. I can’t recommend this business at all. The staff, particularly Ms. Lien and her manager, seemed completely unprofessional and dishonest. They were quick to fabricate stories when unhappy and displayed a shocking lack of integrity, even attempting to damage someone’s career. As a business owner with a successful track record in Colorado, I found their behavior completely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful. Frankly, I don’t see them lasting long, and I strongly advise others to avoid them.

“I had a really frightening experience this morning. One of your trucks – a large pickup pulling an empty trailer – completely cut me off on my way to work. The driver was laughing when I pulled up beside him, and it was incredibly unprofessional. Honestly, this incident has made me completely lose confidence in your company, and I won’t be doing business with you moving forward. It’s important to remember that your employees and vehicles represent your brand, and their behavior reflects on your entire company.”
-
“The team was fantastic – truly professional and went above and beyond what we expected. It’s rare to find installers of architectural commercial metals who are both so safety-conscious and incredibly productive, but this group consistently exceeded our expectations.”
-
I’m really concerned about the work being done at 1101 E Bayaud. It seems like they’re redoing some previous work, and it’s not being done properly. Residents should be very cautious – it looks like there are unsafe practices happening, and I’ve heard reports they’re hiring people on parole. I’m also worried about potential OSHA violations.
-
“It was really great working with a supportive and insightful team. They clearly understood what was important and approached things with a genuine understanding of people.”
-
Overall, this company demonstrates a strong commitment and clear vision for revitalizing Colorado. They’ve clearly identified key areas for improvement and presented a well-structured plan for achieving lasting positive change.
-
“Honestly, the interaction I had was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional.”
-
Overall, this work shows a promising start and demonstrates a good understanding of the basics. There’s definitely potential here, and with a bit more focused development, it could really shine.
