  “We contacted this company after our boiler unexpectedly failed during the winter to get a quote for a replacement. Unfortunately, the response was really frustrating. We’d already had a boiler installed by another company before they provided us with a quote, and they then charged us a $300 service call fee. They even tried to add an extra $150 for delivering some faulty heaters that didn’t work, and they left those sitting unused at our property for weeks – we definitely should have been billed for storing them.” report abuse
