Overall, I had a really positive experience. They had exactly what I needed and the prices were reasonable. I especially want to give a shout-out to the yard crew – they were a huge help! The staff inside the store were also fantastic, incredibly patient and willing to assist. And seriously, if you’re working on a home project, definitely ask for Travis; he really took the stress out of everything. You can trust his expertise – I highly recommend him!

“I’m so grateful for the service I received here. I just needed a few specific parts for a railing repair, and the staff went above and beyond to get them for me – they even contacted the factory to arrange direct shipping! It was a really personal touch, and honestly, no big box store would have bothered to do that. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and their willingness to help is always fantastic.”
-
“The employee was able to fulfill my request, but the experience was quite frustrating. I had to repeatedly step away from the line to find information – initially, I was on my own, and then I had to leave the line entirely to discover the item’s price. After finally finding the price, I had to rejoin the line to inform the cashier. It would have been much smoother if I could have been allowed to return to my place in line after checking out, especially since I had already completed the work.”
-
“Unfortunately, our experience with the Gloucester location was really disappointing, and we had a similar negative experience at the Essex location as well. Honestly, the level of customer service we received was shockingly poor – it was by far the worst I’ve encountered.”
-
“I was really disappointed with my recent order. I received four pieces of lumber, but two of them were completely unusable – clearly junk. It then took an additional two days to get replacements, which completely disrupted my work schedule for two whole days. The customer service I received during this process was also very poor.”
-
“This store is really quite limited – the hours are very short and it’s often difficult to get what I need when I’m looking for it. I usually end up having to go to the Gloucester store or, honestly, the big box stores instead.”
-
“We found this place really convenient – it’s right on Route 22 between Essex and Hamilton. They had a great selection of supplies for our home project, and the staff were incredibly helpful.”
-
Overall, this was a really smooth and positive experience. The team was great – very friendly and efficient with the unloading process. Just a heads-up that overnight parking isn’t permitted there.
-
“Given the remote location, the inventory was quite extensive. However, the cedar breather was notably smaller than expected.”
-
“I’m really pleased with this company – the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be using them for all my building supply needs going forward.”
