  “We hired this company to deliver our house, and initially they were fantastic. However, the delivery itself was incredibly incomplete – they didn’t finish the job at all and just left, leaving our house only a couple of feet from the road. After that, we had a really frustrating experience trying to get them to address the issues, with repeated unanswered phone calls. It turned out the placement they chose put us at risk of fines, and while the office associate, Calvin, was incredibly helpful and kind, the delivery service clearly needs a significant overhaul.” report abuse

  “We were initially pleased with the delivery of our house – the team was professional and friendly. However, we’ve been incredibly frustrated by the lack of communication and the significant delay in receiving our title. We purchased the home in the fall of last year and it’s now over a year with no updates or explanation. The owner initially said it would take six months, but that’s been far exceeded. It feels like they’ve taken advantage of our situation, especially considering we paid a premium price for an older double wide that needed substantial work. We’re deeply concerned about the lack of communication and the unresolved issue of receiving our title. Honestly, it feels like they don’t care about getting us what’s rightfully ours. Because of this, I can’t recommend this seller – it’s worth exploring other options, even if it means spending a little more.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed and frankly, concerned with my experience with this company. I recently moved into a home they provided, and the new furnace installation was completely botched. The technician installed it incorrectly, creating a serious fire hazard – my furnace is now ruined and full of soot. Furthermore, I'm worried about the overall electrical situation in the property.   I was really disappointed with my experience. It seemed like the staff were misleading people with their online ads – I saw four listings that looked promising, but when I arranged a viewing two hours away, they had nothing available to show or sell.
